Paul Abrams
“Ring The Bell everyday, if you want to succeed you need to answer the bell every morning and with everything you do.
From working in retail and climbing the ladder of the medical device community, Paul has worked in Leadership and Sales for almost 23 years, with experience in logistics, medical devices, and retail. He has experience selling and leading teams in large and small ticket items. He has established himself as someone who can build a territory from nothing to a well-established business. Paul started working in the challenging environment of distributor sales. Then he helped grow a small start-up, MAKO, where he twice built a territory from nothing into a multi-million dollar business. He then went to a large company, Stryker, where he excelled in managing small and large teams, reaching District Manager and mentoring over 30 individual reps. From there, he built a capital equipment startup to profitability in under a year by developing a sales team, process, and sales techniques to fit multiple price points. Paul is an expert in the medical device field and medicine and is helping other startups and businesses grow. By working with Paul, you and your sales team can see the same growth in your business.
Paul is also a Veteran who joined the ARMY Reserves in 1998 as a Medic. He was motivated by his family’s military history and his goal to help people. The military instills structure, and the skill to analyze a situation and teach others the skills they would need to help keep teammates alive and businesses grow. He also translated his experience to the sport of Boxing and Rugby, where he excelled as the club captain of Old Blue RFC. He has also coached Old Blue RFC and Schuylkill River RFC on the Div 1 level. So whether in the military, on the Rugby pitch, Boxing ring, or running a business, Paul has used his experiences to shape his knowledge base and to achieve success. He has a wife and three children who help support and motivate him daily.
Finally, he was also driven by a Poem his father wrote while he was in Vietnam, which has driven him to where he is now.
"There will be few who will be brave enough to walk away from the secure life to grow stronger by exposing themselves to a wide range of new and challenging and indeed threatening experiences. But the tangible rewards of such ventures far eclipse the hollow triumphs of living in a static world. The renewal of self means much more the perpetuation of that which makes us feel safe. I urge that this be your primary goal, your primary challenge throughout your life and that of self renewal".
